We bring diverse expertise to every school we serve, but we're driven by a single purpose — closing the gaps that hold students back and building the systems that move them forward.
Intervention Specialists
Work directly with students who have learning disabilities or developmental delays. They modify curriculum, deliver individualized instruction, develop and implement IEPs (Individualized Education Programs), and collaborate with general education teachers to close achievement gaps.
Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs)
Assess and treat students with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. They support articulation, fluency, voice, reading comprehension, social communication, and augmentative/alternative communication (AAC) for nonverbal students.
Occupational Therapists (OT)
Help students build the fine motor, sensory processing, visual perception, and self-regulation skills needed for classroom tasks — things like handwriting, using scissors, managing transitions, and tolerating sensory environments.
Nurses
Manage student health records, administer medications, respond to medical emergencies, monitor chronic conditions (asthma, diabetes, seizures), conduct health screenings, and serve as the liaison between school, families, and healthcare providers.
Behavior Specialists
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs), develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs), coach staff on de-escalation techniques, and support students with significant behavioral or emotional challenges using positive behavior support frameworks.
Qualified Mental Health Specialists
Provide individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, trauma assessments, and social-emotional learning support, and team with teachers to create a treatment plan for students to manage emotions and work through behavioral goals.
