Before training begins, we conduct a customized threat assessment of your facility to understand your physical layout, routines, and existing emergency procedures. We then build your training around those insights, ensuring your team is not just generally prepared — they’re specifically prepared for emergencies at your site.

Program Features Include:

  • 6-hour in-person training for staff and leadership teams

  • Institution-specific threat assessment conducted prior to training

  • Customized protocols and safety planning

  • Integration guidance with local emergency responders

  • Hands-on practice in crisis response, including lockdowns, evacuation, trauma care, and communication

  • Scenarios include active threat, medical emergencies, severe weather, and intruder response

  • Delivered in a positive, energizing atmosphere to reduce stress and maximize participation

Led by Experts:
Our instructors are active-duty or veteran emergency personnel — including EMTs, firefighters, and tactical response trainers — all of whom have completed NAEMT TECC (Tactical Emergency Casualty Care) and active threat response training. You’ll be learning from professionals with real-world experience in high-stress crisis environments.
